About the event
Most people are told to “just meditate” without ever being shown how. Intro to Meditation & Mindfulness: A Beginner’s Guide is a 3‑hour, beginner‑friendly workshop with educator Ashlieya “Lieya” Hanelin that combines clear teaching, nervous system science, and guided practice so you finally understand what meditation is, how it works in your brain and body, and how to make it part of your real life. Join us on Saturday, May 30, 3:30–6:30 pm Pacific at Dance Masters Ballroom in Agoura Hills (or virtually) and leave with practical tools, a workbook, and a grounded sense of calm you can come back to again and again.
👉 Tickets: $222 (in-person or virtual the same price).
